About this venue
A modern timber hall built in 2018 on the site of an old grain store, five minutes from the beach at Overstrand.
One long room, 34 metres end to end, with glazed gables at both ends. It seats 150 or takes 220 standing. Underfloor heating throughout.
The building was designed for events rather than converted into one, so the practical things work: a proper caterer's kitchen, three accessible toilets, a discreet loading door and enough power for a full production rig.
Any caterer, any bar arrangement. We charge no corkage and take no commission from suppliers.
