Card checkout is switched off because no Stripe keys are configured on this deployment. The marketplace runs normally without them — every account stays on the free Starter plan until Stripe is connected.
Questions
- Do you take commission on bookings?
- No. Enquiries go straight to you and you contract with the client directly. VenueTide only charges the monthly plan.
- What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
- Listings above your new plan limit stay in your dashboard but stop appearing in search until you upgrade again or remove them.
- Is there a contract?
- Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
