About this venue
Three connected rooms on the first floor of a Georgian merchant's house looking directly onto the quay.
The largest seats 60, and all three together take 110 standing. The staircase is the original and is the thing guests photograph.
There is no lift and the stairs are steep, so this room does not suit everyone. We say so plainly rather than have someone find out on the day.
Catering is open; there is a small finishing kitchen on the same floor.
