About this venue
A single open loft on the fourth floor with a terrace running along two sides and a clear view over the marina and out to the headland.
Inside holds 100 standing or 60 seated. The terrace adds room for another 40 in reasonable weather and is covered along the southern run.
There is a lift from the street. The building is residential above and below, so amplified music stops at 11pm — a hard limit we cannot flex.
Any caterer is welcome. There is a prep kitchen but no cooking facilities, so most clients work with a cold or finished-off menu.
